Resilience Skills

These are skills to use in the moment of stress. These are research-based skills that are used to de-escalate the nervous system. When used regularly, these skills will help form circuits in the brain in times of stress.

Self Care & Wellness Skills

These are skills that are helpful for reaching optimal physical & mental health. These skills are not necessarily based in research, but are commonly used for self care by many individuals. Many of these skills were suggested and used by WCCI members.
